Mangalore, Jan 25: Michael Srestha, renowned pharmacist and director of Neon Healthcare, Cleveland, USA, while on his visit to city inaugurated a seminar on Right to Information, held for students of Xavier Industrial Training Centre, Asaigoli, here recently. He was accompanied by his wife Dr Flavia Srestha and daughter Nina.
On the occasion, Michael Srestha presented the outstanding student award to Sharat for his all-round performance in the competitions held during silver jubilee celebrations of Xavier Industrial Training Centre.
Tukaram Yekkar was the resource person for the seminar and was presented with a memento.
J J V Fernandes, chairman of Xavier Educational Trust welcomed the gathering. Xavier Industrial Training Centre principal Raj Kotian was present on the dais.
Trust secretary F M Lobo proposed the vote of thanks.
