Udupi: Special Children of Manasa Shine in Sports at National Level

Udupi, Jan 27: The special children of Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Pamboor, are excelling in sports at the national level. They have brought laurels to Udupi district and the state.
Sandeep Antony Fernandes: Attended the national coaching camp at Chandigarh. He represented the state in handball in Maharashtra and his team won third place in the country.
Pramila Pinto: She bagged first place in skating at the national-level meet held in Andhra and she will represent India in the International Special Olympics in skating in Athens. She also bagged gold in the 100 m walk at the national sports meet at Bangalore.
Prathibha: She bagged the gold medal in the national-level power lifting. She also bagged gold medals in shotput and 100 m race in the athletics meet held at Bangalore.
Meenakshi: She bagged silver medal in skating at the national-level meet held in Andhra Pradesh.
