Good for badminton in Moodbidri. Dr. Alva's thrust in the educational field continues. The inter varsity badminton tourney will be yet another feather in his cap. To see about 650 badminton players smash the small yellow soft ball in the 6 courts would indeed be a great delight. Badminton is not so popular in the north and the game is pretty strong in Andhra Pradesh. Chennai and Karnataka too have progressed and from all accounts one of the universities from these states should win. Let us all wish a great week of badminton and fun for all the participants from the various universities.
