Udupi, Feb 3: The district-level ‘Yuvajana Mela–Nada Sodaru 2009–10’ will be held at Halekatte–Kalya Government Composite High School playground, on Saturday February 6.
It will be held under the aegis of the zilla panchayat, district youth services and sports department, Nehru Youth Centre–Mangalore, district youth federation Karkala, Rotary Club Nitte, Lions Club, Belman Chaitanya Women and Girls Club and Chaitanya Friends Club.
District-in-charge minister Dr V S Acharya will inaugurate the programme on Saturday morning.
Karkala MLA Gopal Bhandary will preside over the programme. Sri Esha Vittaladas Swami of Kemar Sandipani Sadhan Ashram will grace the occasion.
Udupi–Chikmagalur MP Sadanand Gowda will honour talented youth during the programme.
Zilla panchayat president Gladys D’Almeida will inaugurate the exhibition while Malpe entrepreneur Pramod Madwaraj will inaugurate the photography exhibition.
