Mumbai, Feb 3: Engineering and construction major Larsen and Toubro (L&T) Wednesday said it has been awarded projects worth Rs.1,100 crore to construct residential towers, warehouses and a factory.
The projects involve residential towers in Ghatkopar, Mumbai at a cost of Rs.500 crore, warehouses in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh for Rs.305 crore, a mall in Kolkata and a factory building in Samalkha, Haryana for Rs.295 crore.
The order was bagged by L&T's buildings and factories operating company, part of its construction division.
Around noon, the L&T scrip was ruling 2.77 percent higher at Rs.1,435.45 at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
