Nepal House of Representative endorses new map which includes Indian territories

New Delhi, Jun 10 (IANS): Nepal's House of Representative has unanimously endorsed the Constitution Amendment Bill to adopt a new map of the country which includes Indian areas of Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura, according to media reports in Nepal.

The proposal was backed by Nepal Communist Party headed by Prime Minister K.P. Oli, the opposition Nepali Congress and Madhesi -based parties.

Nepal's Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shivamaya Tumbahangphe had on May 30 tabled the bill for discussions in the Parliament to update the country's map and amend the Constitution.

On May 28, India had said that it was open to engage with Nepal on the basis of mutual respect and in an environment of trust to resolve the boundary issue. This came after Nepal had issued a new political map which included Limpiyadhura, Lipulekh and Kalapani, areas which have been part of the Indian territory.

On May 8, after Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated a new road connecting the Lipulekh pass in Uttarakhand with the Kailash Mansarovar route in China, Nepal had protested against it and threatened to put up a security post in the area.

Why our foreign policy has failed? We are not able to keep even a tiny neighbour on our side which was all along was tuned to India as any other state in India.

I feel there is something wrong with the way we govern. Failures at all levels. Leader is not able to deliver and there is policy paralysis. When there is such a confusion at top, ruling party need to find a suitable replacement.

Ruling party should understand that the country is important and not the leader.

Vote for the one who intends to serve the nation/people, not who seeks popularity by highest number of Twitter/Insta followers.

Our hero went with truckloads of relief material and a battalion of media reporters when a earthquake had hit the nation. A helicopter was donated as a goodwill gesture. Whose money ??

Now take the back-stabbing. 56" on physical measurement is of no use. You need guts too to make use of it. A nation, you thought a 'Hindu Country' (which actually it isn't) will back you in need also turned its face ?

Good.. Good... Keep roaming the world.

No need good relationship with Nepal.
Take back the area shown on their new map, by force or by military action. If they don't negotiate, then seal down the border.

"The proposal was backed by Nepal Communist Party!" Communists first virus now incursions. Everywhere creating problems, inciting between races in US or religions against religion in Europe ( already lot of foreign nationals in Europe to create problem) to destroy religions and bring their Godless atheistic rule everywhere. They have already ruined the world economy.

Better to install Mother Mary statues at borders to teach communist lesson

Anyways it has been prophesied God to fix communist China and Russia severe earthquakes at an appropriate time.

John, actually you're running away from reality!!
It doesn't matter what is their belief but what we have to learn from this is that the Indian leadership is so weak that even a tiny country which was so dependable in all those years (for Bhakths 60 years) can stand on our face.
The foreign policy of the present government lost us few villages to Bangla Desh, land to China, relationship with Nepal, and friendship with Iran and other gulf countries.
I think finally it will be Pakistan which will remember the gifts from the unwanted guest who visited to have some biriyani.

If you look from otherside, Communist Chinese along with big tech giants and world organisations WHO, UN, IMF WB... Trying to bring new world order with those who follow no god or communism. Thereby they are trying to widen their hold on the world through this virus also through incursions and through racial and religious discords to achieve their goal of controlling the whole world.

As such it is easier for them as they know for most of the modern generation, mobile, Google and internet is their God who can be easily manipulated and mostly name sake follow religion.

God also seems to let us know through this virus how vulnerable people are to this tiny virus, with communism what happened to millions people in soviet union and china during previous communist revolutions.

Any Individual boasts without any credibility that person's honesty and courage is not to be valued.

Indian people believed a person who boasts since morning to evening with his bashans and through media, in reality that guy does not have courage to face the public and we never seen him answering pubic questions,

Now you can understand how he will deal with the neighours

Actually Nepal is acting at behest of China, no doubt. There is a Left front led Govt in Nepal and they're more of slaves to Chinese army and yes-men of China Politicos. To get this map passed, large monies were transferred to Nepalese politicians, who are as corrupt as Indian Politicians, if not more

It is not only Nepal consider India's most trusted allied nation, even during the military-to-military dialogue on Saturday, China refused to even discuss its intrusions into the Galwan River valley and Pangong Tso, instead claiming ownership over the entire area.

But Ministry of Home Affairs is busy in 'Virtual election rally' for upcoming Bihar elections spending Rs144 crores instead of strong diplomacy.

When it comes to China, 56 inch seems to be constricted and out of breath to speak other than his 'Mann ki baat'. Where is 'valor' of this government which suppose to bring 10 heads for each Indian solider?

Is PM Modi gave up the Indian territory because for the party 'Rajya Sabha' elections is more important buying more MLA's from the other parties?
