Mangalore, Feb 6: DK district Kannada Sahitya Sammelan will be held at Town Hall, here from March 15 to 17.
The decision was taken in a meeting under the presidentship of district Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Pradeep Kumar Kalkura at the parishat office here.
Honorary secretary of parishat, Dr Ganesh Amin Sankamar, Dr Srinath Hegde, office bearers’ prof G K Bhat Seraje and Manjula Shetty among others expressed their opinion at the meeting.
The parishat has planned to hold a preparatory meet on February 12 and a welcome committee will be formed under the guidance of district in-charge minister J Krishna Palemar and Mayor Shankar Bhat.
