Udupi, Feb 14: The student forum of Manipal Institute of Management (MIM), Manipal University will host Kurukshetra–2010, an annual national level management fest from Monday February 15 to Tuesday February 16.

The inaugural function of Kurukshetra-2010 will be held at the institute premises on Monday February 15 at 9.15 am. Sundaresh G, chief mentor of Orange I, a leading human resources consulting firm will inaugurate the fest. Dr Vinod H Bhat, registrar of International Programmes, Manipal University will preside.

Some of the events in the fest include Yaksha Prashne (the business quiz), Chaduranga (business plan), Parthasarthy (best CEO), Gandeevam (finance event), Maha Mantra (marketing event), Sandhaana (human resources event), Yuddha Bhoomi (IT and operations event).  Kurukshetra 2010 will have a new event, called as Chakravyuh.

Kurukshetra has over the years evolved as a platform for budding managers to network, interact and nurture their management skills. The fest attracts more than 300 participants from B-schools all over India.
