Mangalore, Feb 14: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement, Kulshekar unit is celebrating its diamond jubilee at the church premises on Sunday, February 14.

The thanksgiving eucharist in the morning was presided over by former parish priest Dr Valerian D'Souza, while the homily was given by Fr Anil D'Souza, diocesan director, ICYM.

Right now the jubilee celebrations are going on.  TVdaijiworld is webcasting live the entire event from Kulshekar for our viewers.

    Congratulations ICYM cordel unit. It was in 1964 when I was 8yrs old,I do remember the stage and actors where todays performance took place. During those days only entertainment was konkani dramas in church ground as well as Don Bosco Hall. Through ICYM Unit many youngsters have come up in difft. fields and reached to the top position and migrated to difft. parts of the world. Goodluck youngsters, always try to do better for the the society because future of India is in your hands. God bless you all youngsters.

    Conratulations! Its indeed a joyous occasion to for the ICYM when they are celebrating their Diamond Jubilee. At this juncture we should remember the efforts of the past Directors, Animators, Presidents and members who have built ICYM in the years before. It is because of their efforts and because of the path they paved today you stand tall. Let the Saviour from the Holy Cross shower His choicest blessings on ICYM. Let me congratulate the present Director, Animators, President and his team and all members on this special occasion. Long live ICYM... Thanks Daiji for carrying the event live to the world
