Mr. Shahnawaz nothing is further from truth than your statement saying 'Arya samaj and Brahmo samaj, in its tenets promoted caste system'.

Its not committed by the followers of any religion. All religions are good and never endorse such acts. Lets us not communualise the issue. No violence/terrorism/anti social activities are to be attributed to the followers of any religion. But we must attribute to the ideologies these thugs are subscribing to. Maoists ideologies are Maoism. Here they have members from all religions. Marxism derive their ideology from Karl Marx. Al Qaida/parivar role model is Bin Laden.

Same way, RSS has derived its inspiration from Hitler and his ideology of Fascism. Hitler was a raising star in Mid 1930s and ealry 1940s. His philosophy was hate and crucify jews. Golvalkar, a brahmin from Nagpur, was very much impressed by Hitler and he founded RSS to crucify minorities and promote manu culture and untouchability. They aided British and didnt want Independence. Mr Godse killed Gandhi not because of partition, but because of his role in making India independence.

Both Arya samaj and Brahmo samaj, in its tenets promoted caste system and advocated for Arya dharma. Some people follow truth, ahimsa and peace as ideology and some false, himsa and trouble as their ideology and those who subscribe to these ideologies become member/activists of such organisation irrespective of faith and religion. So its very unfair to point ones finger at particular religion because of the evil act done by followers of the faith. If some one does it, its an act of planned defamation n prejudice against that religion.

For the last three decades the over all situation of Mangalore was - communal hatred, destruction, looting, hitting, killing etc. The youngsters of today have grown-up with this type of atmosphere and they morally don't feel it's a crime to hit the innocent public, destroy public properties and fatally attack a weak person going about their daily routines.

We should ask the department to provide them with fire-arms & explosive licenses so that they can do bigger damage and totally cripple this world famous, educated, enterprising and vibrant Mangalore and turn it into a ghost city. Guys! Come on, go ahead. Nobody can stop you from destroying your own society, later your clan/friends, followed by your family/siblings and finally your own self.
Boss, it is known as self-destruction. If you cannot become a good and beneficial citizen to the society, please don't become a monster within the society.

It is very easy to see even for an average person that there are a couple of masterminds or a small group behind all these acts. Just who these are is a task for the police, and i hope they succeed in cracking this puzzle at the earliest. One thing is for sure and that these masterminds have strong political connections, which is why they are acting with impunity.

Fringe elements like the BD and SRS always appear on the radar of ordinary people because of their past stupid acts, and these criminals are cashing in on that, as they know that whatever act of arson happens will be first blamed on the SRS and the BD. Therefore it would the best time for the BD and SRS to reform themselves in the interests of the country and unite people rather than divide them on religious lines.It is time that they started involving themselves in social service and doing good for the society instead of attacking religious places, and beating up women.

There is no point in blaming the law and order or the authorities concerned. This is nothing but brainwashing some of the unemployed people by few organisations to create a kind of terrorism. I don't think this act is of any individual, but a collective and planned plot. It will be difficult for the police dept. to deploy it's staff every nook and corner of the city to control, but better if these politicians educate the public during their speach to stay away from doing such criminal activities and allow the citizens to live peacefully.

He could have been better as a doctor. As a politician he failed in all respects. If the situation continues like this, then common man shall take law in his hands for self defense and protection of his properties. Do we really need such an inefficient govt.?????

Believe it or not, politicians and police orchestrated communal disturbances that only encourage unemployed youth to indulge in more atrocities. Ordinary people, irrespective of caste or religion will pay the price. How can police investigate these incidences while the major ones were either orchestrated or covered by them? People of all religions need to be united in saying no to this goondagiri once and for all.
