New Delhi, Jul 16 (IANS): A day after Congress leader Sachin Pilot said that he was not joining the BJP and some people were spreading rumours to malign his image, veteran party leader Kapil Sibal on Thursday hit out at him saying it seems that the MLAs in Haryana's Manesar are on vacation and asked what about 'ghar wapasi' (coming back).

"False rumours spread to malign. Pilot: 'I am not joining BJP'. I guess then legislators at a hotel in Manesar is merely a vacation in Haryana's comfort zone under BJP's watchful eye. What about 'ghar wapsi'?" Sibal said in a tweet mocking at Pilot.

Sibal's remarks came a day after Pilot told media that he had no plans to join the Bharatiya Janata Party and alleged that some people were spreading false rumours to malign his image in the eyes of the senior leadership.

On Tuesday, Congress sacked Pilot as both Rajasthan PCC chief and Deputy Chief Minister for leading the rebellion against the leadership of Ashok Gehlot.

Sibal was the first person in Congress to raise the red flag amid the crisis over the survival of its government in Rajasthan.

"Worried for our party. Will we wake up only after the horses have bolted from our stables?" the former Union Minister tweeted.

The party faced its second political crisis within months of a revolt led by Jyotiraditya Scindia in Madhya Pradesh, which ousted the Kamal Nath government in that state.

    Yet, he clearly thought he needed to go further in double quick time. Actually, not in double quick time, but now.

    Deploying senior counsels Mukul Rohatgi and Harish Salve – seen as heavy hitters for the Centre and the Bharatiya Janata Party – Pilot is seeking to pre-empt any move by the Rajasthan assembly speaker to disqualify his group.

    It has clearly shows that BJP is working behind the seen to topple the government extending the legal support and watching from the distance to crumble Congress from inside to make it final move.

    If Congress need to keep his house in order it should give chance to all MLA's camping in BJP's hospitality in the resort excluding Sachin Pilot. At the same time open the doors from BJP's rebel candidates who are ready to join. It should rejig the ministry balancing all the section of society.

    The Congress need to act tough against the rebellion and make the 'Anti defection law' meaningful. Otherwise this 'Aya Ram Gaya Ram' will kill the elected democracy .

    Pilot has only 19 MLAs backing him. He needs 30 to be useful to the BJP. Pilot's political ambition exceeds his ability to form the government in Rajasthan.

    Just wait and watch. Nation eagerly await these Fake Gandhi's and their Congress party to get into oblivion. We need a fresh party with able people who can think on their own the good of country...Let this formation fill up the Opposition space to be soon vacated by the Grand old party and it's custodian family.

    If Pilot not joining BJP why he is hiding in the Hotel and why he is worried about disqualifications and why he went to HC immediately and now HC taken the Case on urgent basis at who's cost at 3.00pm today ???


    Pilot may be waiting for the Gunny bag to arrive or he might have already received in the hotel where he had put all his close MLA's.

    What type of people we are having in this Country and that to when the entire Country is fighting with CORONAVIRUS. Shameless people and better they should jump from the Himalayas
