London, March 4 (IANS) Pop star Justin Timberlake will reunite with ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz on screen for a new comedy flick.
The singer-turned-actor, who dated the actress for almost four years until they split in 2007, has been cast in the lead role in "Bad Teacher" alongside Diaz, reports people.com.
In the Columbia Pictures film, he will play a substitute teacher who is seduced by Diaz's character, a junior high school teacher bitter after being dumped by her beau.
The 29-year-old pop star, who has since found love with actress Jessica Biel, will act alongside Molly Shannon, Eric Stonestree, John Michael Higgins and Jason Segel in the movie.
This will be the first lead role for Justin, who has played supporting roles in movies like "Alpha Dog" and "The Love Guru".
