Kundapur: Two arrested for illegal cattle trafficking - 37 buffaloes rescued

Kundapur, Aug 18: Amasebailu police station sub-inspector Anil Kumar during a vehicle inspection at Hosangadi checkpost, exposed illegal cattle trafficking being carried out in a truck being driven from Hulikal Ghat towards Hosangadi.

On checking the vehicle, 37 buffaloes were found tied in an inhuman manner.

They were being transported for slaughter in that vehicle. However, the police managed to confiscate the vehicle and rescue the buffaloes.



The accused in the matter are Uttar Pradesh, Kamalapur, Sahir district resident Shakeel (35) and Meerut district resident Pakri Alam (24). The police have arrested the accused and registered a case against them.

    Illegal cattle trafficking without proper seating arrangements!
    They have to follow the rule how they export with legally with jacket , boarding pass,tea,coffee,snacks etc , by the way all buffaloes came from UP BJP ruled state to BJP ruled state no other states involved, Hats Off to police inspector. .

    Eat as much animals you want..... but show some mercy on them till death....

    Here we are talking about illegal animal trafficking & inhuman way of their transportation

    If this is the only way of life for some people.... then even GOD can't save our Country

    Within few days buffalos will secretly transported to Kasaai Khaane. …..and some people...( ?????) will make enough for 3 months....!!!!!!
