Karkala: ‘iMac lab’ inaugurated at NMAMIT

Karkala, Aug 20: The iMac lab for Skill & Personality Development Program Centre for SC/ST students was inaugurated by Vishal Hegde, trustee, Nitte Education Trust and pro-chancellor (Admin), Nitte (Deemed to be University) on August 20 at the NMAMIT campus.

This centre which is established by the college using funds received from AICTE, New Delhi will be used for teaching students language skills, interpersonal skills, interview facing skills, entrepreneurial skills in addition to software development skills using the ios platform.

A total of Rs 18 lac has been received from AICTE for establishing this centre on the campus.
