Bhandary Seva Samiti Convenes Extra-Ordinary Meeting

Mumbai, Mar 22: The metro-based Bhandary Seva Samiti convened an extra-ordinary meeting at Swami Nithyanand auditorium, Sion (East), here on Sunday March 21.

Samiti president Balakrishna V Bhandary presided over the meeting. Speaking on the occasion he said that the community has to surge ahead in every sphere in the society. “The regional committees of Samiti will be formed shortly in the metro, which would strengthen Stree Shakti and Youth wing.  Each community brethren should support in all possible means, in order to fulfill the dream of building Bhandary Samaj Bhavan in the metro”, he added.

Building committee executive president Suresh S Bhandary Kadandale said that focused mind scan achieve the set goal.  He insisted that the community members should meet often which will strengthen the unity between them.

Samiti vice president Padmanabha Bhandary Thane, honorary chief secretary lawyer R M Bhandary, honorary treasurer B Venkatesh Bhandary, fund-raising committee president Shivaram S Bhandary, vice president Balakrishna Bhandary Puttur, Building committee president Suresh S Bhandary Kadandale, Women wing vice president Lalitha Vishwanath Bhandary, veteran community leader Sundary S Bhandary, Sanjeev Bhandary Chira Bazaar, Gurudas Bhandary among others were present on the occasion.

Prior to the meeting a Kunkum programme was organized by Women wing of Samiti.  Women wing vice presidnet Lalitha Vishwanath Bhandary, Sundari S Bhandary, Latha S Bhandary, Sunanda G Bhandary, Lalitha V Bhandary, Sujatha G Bhandary, Shalini R Bhandary and hundreds of community women participated in the programme.

Vijay Bhandary Nallasopara welcomed the gathering.  Lawyer R M Bhandary proposed vote of thanks.
