Mangaluru, Sep 4: A complaint about raping a lady stands lodged in Konaje police station here. The police have since arrested Muhammed Shariff (39), a resident of Boliyaru village, and produced him in the court.

It is alleged that a 23-year-lady working as domestic help was raped about a week back. The woman had informed her family members about the incident, after which an official complaint was filed in Konaje police station.
