This is not my country. My country is my beautiful India.

Just to remind you.. Perhaps you forgot that India lost precious time. The initial 2-3 months during the lockdown if testing was ramped up, we would not have been in this situation.
We failed testing, we failed shoring up necessary equipment and getting ready for the onslaught which was to come. We were busy monitoring who is beaten up where and what is police doing.
Clapping and lighting candles did not help.

    Dear Krish,

Can you please explain me why is India in 120th Place in number of tests per million?

Let's exclude the population of Maharashtra for your satisfcation.
In that case we should have tested atleast 30-40% of India's population by now.

Let alone Maharashtra government, nor are states serious nor is the center.

"Nero was playing flute when Rome was burning"
Similary Prime minister Modi was playing with peacocks while the whole India is suffering from the covid epidemic and free fall of economy. So where does the question of Maharashtra government not co-operating arise?
