When someone is overdrunk he is bound to lose sense and control over his anger. Alcohol over the limit is another form of Devil who controls humans with bad instincts without realizing the bad consequences of his actions. Here, in the first instance why he started bashing his wife ? He needs to be punished for his drastic steps and taking the life of his wife. Now it is too late for him to regret his bad actions. Too late.

A girl is a jewel to her parents. Our wives are one of the greatest gifts from God. Her love for us, our family and her sharing and caring shows her love and concern for us. They always support and stand by us. She has left her parents, brothers and sisters to be with the husband, trusting him and expecting a loving and beautiful life with him, when she says "I do" or goes chanting mantras, taking 7 pheras,

Husband gives a promise during marriage in front of God, that he will treat her the way God has commanded. He should always remember that God has given her to him, so together they can weather the storm of life. She is the mother of his children. A mother is only next to God.

But, what we see today, everything, the love we had for her before marriage, the attraction towards each other, we leave into oblivion, after the honeymoon. What to say about people, who assault their wives knowing well that they are crated by God for the fulfillment of lonely life of men. There is no excuse whether by influence of alcohol or anything. By beating one's wife, man becomes worse than a beast. Shame on such animals.

Why bring silly politics here? Do you think Congress or any other party will close bars and wine shops? Even CM Siddhu once talked about reopening arrack shops. Moreover this unfortunate tragedy happened in Kerala which is ruled by CPM.

I have no politics here but pointing out govt inefficiency to deal with social-economic problems. If the govt wants revenue from liquor sale then the govt should be mindful of problems arising from that same business and have a strategy to contain it. FYI, This is one incident in news but there are thousands happening in daily basis.
