Mangaluru Sep 23: The coastal belt is known for producing emerging talents in the world of glamour. Nikhitha Devadiga is one such talent from Udupi who is making her to way into the Kannada film industry with her upcoming movie 'Wrong Date'
Nikhitha is the daughter of Sudhakar Devadiga and Yogitha Devadiga. She has completed her engineering at Srinivas University College of Engineering at Mukka.
Her movie 'Wrong Date' is a psychological thriller directed by Sachin S Kotian and the teaser of which was released on September 18. The teaser has received a positive response from the audience.
Nikhitha is playing the lead role in the movie along with Sugam and Nisha Yash Ram. Meanwhile, the release date for the movie is yet to be announced. Nikhitha has also acted in the Kannada movie 'Jishnu' which was directed by Gani Dev Karkala.
Before stepping into movies, Nikhitha has been part of the modelling world where she walked the ramp for several fashion shows. This served as a means for Nikhitha to receive movie offers.
As of now, there are two Kannada movies which Nikhitha is part of that are awaiting release, Wrong Date and Jishnu.
