THE PROJECT WILL END WITH THE FOUNDATION STONE LAYING CEREMONY.THIS GOVT DREAMS A LOT AND OFFERS A LOT ON PAPER ONLY.NEXT THEY WILL COME OUT WITH SOME EXCUSE THAT THE PROJECT IS DELAYED DUE TO SOME BOTTLE NECKS CRATED BY THE PREVIOUS GOVT.AND THERE THE MATTER ENDS.INSTEAD OF ENVISAGING ON NEW PROJECTS LET THE GOVT COMPLETE THE PROJECTS ALREADY STARTED LIKE CONCRETE ROADS,WHICH IS GOING TO CREATE A BIG MESS WHEN IT COMES TO SHIFTING OF SERVICES LIKE PIPELINE DRAINAGE TELEPHONE & ELECTRICAL CABLE LINES ETC.IF NOT DONE PROPERLY NOW THE CITIZENS WILL HAVE TO PAY HEAVILY WHEN SOME MAINTAINANCE COMES FOR PIPELINE OR ELECTRICITY AND DRAINAGE
