The song and video are a collaborative effort with some of the finest artistes of the Konkani music world. The song video's story and direction are the handiwork of Vinayak Acharya who also worked in the sandalwood industry projects.

Music is produced by pianist and sound engineer Stephen Frank, who mastered the foley, mixing and arrangement. “We had not decided to have a video released, but planned it later on. The video was shot during the lockdown," Stephen told newskarnataka.com. As Stephen was working on other projects in Bollywood simultaneously, the song and the video took around two months to produce. The song has already struck a chord with the audience.

The song was composed and sung by Ashwin D'Costa from the lyrics written by Praveen Fernandes. Ashwin is a famed singer who has rendered his voice for Konkani movies, albums and shows in various parts of the world. Israel, Kuwait, Qatar are the countries to name a few. Apart from being a singer/composer/musician, he is also a very good dancer and a software engineer by profession. Eklench Tum happens to be his first composition in Konkani.

Vocals were recorded at Mac studio, Gtone studios by Maclean Dsouza with the guitarist Warren D'costa. The planning and project execution was handled by Stephen Frank and Ashwin D'costa, with cinematographer Joel Shaman D'Souza, editor Raahul Vasishta, the assistant cameraman - Kiran Iyer, casting - Saadhana, Rithika, Venessa D'Souza, Nishmitha making up the rest of the production team.

Cinematographer Joel Shaman D'Souza has won five national awards and is working on a Kannada movie now.

The video features Denver Pinto and Wencita Dias in the lead roles - they portray two college friends Jacob and Fiona who meet up long after they parted ways on the completion of their college studies. Denver Pinto is a budding model/actor from Kulshekar while Wencita is from Angelore parish. She won the title 'MISSY MANGALORE' in 2013 and was an actor in two religious movies. In a beauty pageant competition held in July 2019, Wencita won the subtitle 'MISS MANGALORE' and also bagged the main title 'MISS TEEN KARNATAKA 2019' and was selected for international levels. At the international beauty pageant competition held in Bangkok, Thailand she won the subtitle 'FASHION ICON' and won the title 'MISS TEEN WORLD SUPERMODEL GLOBAL'.

Stephen Frank has worked with star composer Raj Burman, Nargis Fakhri, Sonu Nigam and Shreya Goshal. He has also worked with many other eminent personalities in the Indian music industry.

“It was our dream to do a project in Konkani so that the Konkani music industry can acquire well-deserved recognition. It is with that end in mind, we planned and executed this project successfully,” says Stephen, Ashwin and Praveen.

Talking about the music industry, Stephen also highlighted the problems that can be faced with the unavailability to shoot or other difficulties. But he also mentions the positive side of having more time to work on projects. “By God’s grace, we haven’t faced any issues due to COVID-19 and finished the project successfully. I thank my team for their outstanding efforts and all the people who supported us for the music video.”
