Mangaluru, Oct 19: It was indeed a proud moment for Falcon Group of Institutions with its spectacular NEET results proven yet again breaking its own record in NEET 2020. It has set a new record for itself in procuring the remarkable results.
To acknowledge and honour the students for their outstanding performance, Shaheen’s Falcon PU College, Mangaluru campus hosted a felicitation ceremony on October 18 at Circuit House, Kadri Hills, in the city. The occasion was presided over by the former district in-charge minister, Mangaluru MLA U T Khader and proud parents were also part of the celebration.
The MLA congratulated the students for their remarkable achievement and appreciated the Falcon management, faculties and staff for their support in bringing out amazing results in the very first year of its inception at the Mangaluru campus.
The toppers were felicitated for their sincere commitment, dedicated extra efforts and running the extra mile to achieve magnificent results. Career guidance counselor, administration and business development manager DTM Shameer Ahmed elaborated on the student’s background and how they strived hard to achieve this feat even after facing many hurdles. The admin coordinator Mujahid Hasan arranged the event in a colorful manner.
It was an emotional and happy moment for the students as they stepped to receive a bouquet and shawl from the chief guest U T Khader.
The managing director, Abdul Subhan congratulated all the student toppers for their outstanding achievement and remarkable personal growth. The MD said, “I have no doubt that every one of you will excel in your future roles and contribute to the future well-being of society, our nation and the world at large, but do always bear in mind that the key to success in life is not to get ahead of other people, but to get ahead of ourselves.”
The first batch of the toppers are Beebi Mariyam Shamma (588), Safeena Zainab (555) Fathima Hibah (502), Fathima Zuhera (476), Afya S M (453), Srinidhi Nayak (451), Zulekha Shezil (400) and Mohammed Zahar got a seat in NITK for BArch.

Mohammed Abrar (reg no: 3903116007 DOB 21/09/1999), an underprivileged kid from an interior village of Rajasthan scored 655 marks in NEET and secured a free government medical seats. He is one of the toppers in NEET across the country among the minorities.
while the whole country is talking about the 720/720 marks secured by Shoeb Aftab, Mohammed Abrar is no lessor an inspirational success story with his achievement despite coming from a poor background, his father Mohammed Islam is an autorickshaw driver living with lesser means in a 10 by 10 house with no proper electricity.
It is unbelievable but an inspiring story of Mohammed Abrar who studied under a streetlight from 7 pm to 2 am every day. Seeing his commitment and hard work, a local NGO referred him to Abdul Subhan, MD of Falcon Group of Institutions, Bengaluru.
With not even a penny for a train ticket, nor a Rs 100 for an admission form, he was adopted by Falcon Group of Institutions, Bengaluru with free education including food and stay. With a single set of clothes and a bag full of dreams he started his journey and today is a proud topper at NEET. It is his sheer hard work and passion with the right guidance and motivation especially from Abdul Subhan, MD of Falcon Group of Institutions, Bengaluru that made him an inspiration to all.
Tabssum Sheikh (reg no: 2706003111 DOB 7/30/2001) from Sirsi is another inspiration to many, with a family of four sisters and a bed-ridden father.
She had no ambition in life but with the motivation and support of Abdul Subhan MD of Falcon Group of Institutions, Bengaluru who convinced her mother on a visit to Sirsi and provided free education with books, coaching, food and accommodation. She cleared NEET with 600 marks.
It was a proud moment for the entire Falcon Group of Institutions, more than 51% of its students cleared NEET. One of the highest success rates in the country and 10 of them scored above 600 marks. Expecting around 75+ free government medical seats from Bengaluru alone.
