Mangalore, Apr 25: Dancing star ‘Robo’ Ganesh, singing sensation Esther, and Naresh Iyer of ‘Rang de Basanti’ fame attracted a huge crowd at the City Centre as part of the cultural celebrations on the inaugural day on Sunday April 25.
Chennai-based Ganesh gave a breathtaking performance which enthralled the audience. His ‘four-legged’ dances to the tunes of popular film songs were especially appealing to the youth.
Esther, the Mangalorean singer from Mumbai, presented several hit numbers which were welcomed by the audience.
Naresh Iyer presented his hits and award winning songs. The audience was captivated by his melodious rendition of ‘Robaroo’ song from Rang De Basanti.
The dance group from Bangalore, GP Dance Academy, also performed several dances.
A fashion show by top models was another highlight. The whole show was compered by Jimmy Xavier.
A game show by Airtel was also conducted as part of the programme.
