New Delhi, Oct 28 (IANS): The Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) has become the first Central Public Sector Undertaking in India to be awarded with ISO 37001 certification related to establishment, implementation and maintenance of an anti-bribery management system in the organisation.
It was conferred upon CWC Chief Vigilance Officer Pranai Prabhakar, an Indian Railway Traffic Service officer, by the Director General of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Pramod Kumar Tiwari.
"It showcases our sustained resolve and commitment to contain corruption as per the directives and thrust of the government," said Prabhakar.
The certification coincided with the celebration of Vigilance Awareness Week from October 27-Novenber 2, 2020.
