Udupi, Oct 31: E-stamp facility was inaugurated on Saturday October 31 at Udupi Varthakara Souharda Sahakari (N) by Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, the managing director of Mandavi Real Estate Developers.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Jerry Vincent Dias said, "Traders have very much contributed in shaping today's Udupi. Co-operation of the people in our space of work is very much needed. E-stamp is very much needed for the people in day to day life. Here in this area it was very much a necessity of the hour as there were no facilities to avail E- stamp. If the public of Udupi provide deposits to Udupi Varthakara Souharda Sahakari (N), the bank will reach greater heights. Providing RTC paper also is a very good initiative," he said.

A general body meeting of the organization was also held on the occasion.

M Ganesh Kini in his introductory address said, "With the immense support of our esteemed customers we are growing day by day. Currently, we are providing pigmy facility, RD scheme and many other banking facilities are also available. Loan facility on gold, vehicle and others is also available. The interest on loan facility is also very low comparatively," he said.
