Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh), Nov 1 (IANS): Titans XI scored 264 for seven wickets, the highest T20 total on Indian soil, on way to beating Warriors XI by 81 runs in the Andhra T20 cricket tournament here on Saturday.
The team surpassed Royal Challengers Bangalore's 263, made in an Indian Premier League game back in 2013.
S. Tarun hit 68 off 28 deliveries with four boundaries and six sixes while Shoib Mohammed Khan made 45 as Titans XI won the game by 81 runs, after Warriors had won the toss and elected to bowl first.
In another game, Kings XI defeated Legends XI by six wickets.
