Bengaluru: Election code of conduct violation - Cong files complaint with EC on several BJP leaders

Bengaluru, Nov 1: Congress leaders have filed various complaints with the central Election Commission (EC) on several BJP leaders of violating election code of conduct.

The accusations include enticing the voters and breaking of many other rules set by the Election Commission during the legislative assembly by polls that are set to be held for two constituencies in the state.

The accused include CM B S Yediyurappa, BJP candidates of Shira and R R Nagar constituencies, ministers Ashok, S T Somshekhar, Gopaliah, Narayana Gowda, Sadananda Gowda, Govinda Karajola, MPs Narayana Swamy, Pratap Simha and BJP vice president Vijayendra. This information was shared with the press by Congress leader Ugrappa.
