Mangaluru, Nov 5: “Alliance with Congress has led to Shiv Sena’s bad decisions,” said minister C T Ravi over the arrest of journalist Arnab Goswami.
He was speaking at the special executive meeting at TV Raman Pai hall on Thursday November 5. He said, ‘Congress never learnt the lessons from The Emergency. We condemn the act of Maharashtra government as it is trying to curb freedom of speech.
“Congress has a disease of suspicion and spreading misinformation. Congress is suspicious about everything. They even suspect the authenticity of surgical strikes. If Congress does not believe the army, will they believe their own mother? They spread misinformation about every Act which is enforced. When CAA was enforced, protest should have taken place in Pakistan, but protests erupted at India and the Congress supported them. People have answered them as they are defeated in every state making India a Congress-free nation.
“Congress will face huge defeat in the bypolls and will also be eradicated in panchayat elections,” he said.
