Ajman, May 5: The Thumbay Group UAE an international business conglomerate in association with Shifa Medical Services Malawi, Africa proudly announces the opening of its new international venture GMC Hospital Malawi Africa.









The healthcare facility was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chris Kang’ombe Principal Secretary – Ministry of Health Malawi, along with Thumbay Moideen –Founder & President of GMC Hospital Ajman on Wednesday 28th April 2010. This grand opening ceremony was attended by senior officials, clinicians and a large number of distinguished guests.

The hospital opened with modern medical facility that gives Malawi residents access to the highest quality hospital facilities and quality patient care amenities in the region. Furthermore the Management of the hospital looks forward in contributing to the success and betterment of the quality of healthcare and will continue to play a pivotal role in solving the shortage of healthcare professionals and services in this region.

This historical moment was witnessed live by the Faculties, Staffs and students at GMC Hospital, Ajman via video conferencing.

GMC Hospital Malawi shall work closely with the department of Medical Tourism GMC Hospital Ajman, to serve needy patients and facilitate further treatment for deserving cases that will be brought to the UAE to receive sophisticated quality health care treatment.
