Kasargod: Lady dies after scooter falls into pit

Kasargod, Nov 7: Zubaida (40), wife of Shahul Hameed, resident of Kanginamoole, Maniyampare lost her life on Friday November 6. She suffered serious injuries and passed away after a scooter she was riding fell into a ten feet deep pit near her home.

Her daughter, Aleemat Anisa (18) survived with grave injuries. The accident happened at Maniyampare.

The scooter in which the duo were seated fell into the pit located in the area where their house is located. Aleemat has serious injuries and has been admitted into a hospital at Mangaluru.
