GalaxyCard secures seed funding, to boost expansion plan

New Delhi, Nov 8 (IANS): Fintech start-up GalaxyCard has raised seed funding from Samyakth Capital, and Gopinath Latpate, along with other angel investors from Eaglewings Ventures Alliance Network.

The company, however, did not disclose the funding amount.

In a statement, GalaxyCard said that the funding bolsters the company's ongoing business plans aimed at expanding customer outreach and adding more channels to increase its accessibility for customers.

Launched in 2018, GalaxyCard currently has a customer base in more than 600 towns across the country.

Founder Amit Kumar said: "Through GalaxyCard, we focus on making credit cards available to customers with an income of less than 30k a month and help them become self-reliant when it comes to taking credits."
