Amaravati, Nov 9 (IANS): Parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and Yanam are expected to witness thunderstorms with lightning from Wednesday to Friday, the Met department said.

However, it did not predict any rainfall for Monday and Tuesday.

Contrastingly, some parts in Rayalaseema have also witnessed a rise in temperature between 2.1-degree Celsius to 4-degree Celsius.

Isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema saw light rainfall.

There is also a change in day time temperatures as they have started to fall slightly.

On Sunday, all monitored places recorded maximum temperatures below 33-degree Celsius.
