Beltangady, Nov 12: The department of Commerce in association with the IQAC cell of Sacred Heart College Madanthyar on November 12 organised a virtual quiz competition titled 'The Unlock- unlock mind, invoke knowledge' for the students of the college.

At the beginning of the programme, Professor Joseph N M, principal of the college congratulated the HOD and the faculty members of the Commerce department for organizing such an innovative programme and extended his good wishes to the participants.

Robin Joseph Sera- faculty in the department of Commerce was the quiz master. 42 students actively participated in the competition. Questions were asked on general knowledge and current affairs. Shree Raksha, Joyston Fernandes and Adithi Kumari secured first, second and third places respectively.

Professor Vincent Dsouza, HOD of Commerce welcomed the participants. The quiz was conducted on 'QUIZIZZ' platform. The audience was also allowed to join in the quiz competition through Google Meet.
