Rajasthan: SDM’s 24th Branch of RUDSETI Launched at Bilwara

Rajasthan, May 9: “Youth need guidance to continue in the field of self-employment. As youth are nation’s resource, it is very important to utilize them rightly,” said Chief Minister (CM) Ashok Gehlot.

 

He was speaking after conducting bhoomi poojan of the building to be constructed to house the 24th branch of Rural Development and Self-employment Training Institute (RUDSETI), a joint venture of Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank and Shri Dharmastala Manjunatheshwara (SDM) Educational Institutions at Bilwara here on Saturday May 8. “RUSDETI’s functioning is a role model to other similar institutions. It is praiseworthy that a temple is also involved in social development activities along with religious activities, he said.

Union minister for rural development and panchayat raj Dr C P Joshi inaugurated the RUDSETI 

Speaking on the occasion, he said the centre has set up RUDSETI academy impressed by the its functioning. The project to set up RUDSETI in every district of the state has been already been launched, he informed. 

Dharmastala dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra heggade presided. He was honoured for the service rendered for rural development and self-emplyment training by CM Gehlot.

Syndicate Bank general manager Mishra, Canara Bank assistant general manager Swan, RUDSETI executive director K N Janardhan and director Meena among others were present.
