Not ready to recognise Joe Biden as US President: Putin

Moscow, Nov 23 (IANS): Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday said that he is still not ready to recognise Joe Biden as the winner of the United States presidential election, but is ready to work with any other US leader.

"We will work with anyone who has the confidence of the American people," Putin said on Russian state TV.

"But that confidence can only be given to a candidate whose victory has been recognised by the opposing party, or after the results are confirmed in a legitimate, legal way."

The Russian President said that the decision to not congratulate Biden is 'a formality' with no ulterior motives.

He also said that he believes relations between the US and Russia have been 'ruined'.

When Trump won in 2016, Putin was prompt in offering congratulations — but Trump's challenger in that election, Hillary Clinton, also conceded the day after the vote.

Just days after the election was called in Biden's favour, Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that this election is different.

The election ended just like the bad and good angels that came from Heaven; one-third of the angels fell into hell and two-thirds of the angels stayed in Heaven. The count from Heaven was the same for this election. There are one third of the people on Earth that will go to hell if they do not change their lives and vote for life. Anyone that voted for the Democrats and Biden are in danger of going to hell if they do not change their lives.

    The Warning is coming any day now and everyone will have one last chance to vote for God or to sell their soul to satan. Then, there will be six weeks that they will have to change for God and go to Heaven or keep following satan and end up in hell for all eternity. The choice is yours by your free will. America, abortion must be voted down now by your President Trump and the House and Senate or natural disasters will destroy your whole country and the Democrat party. The Democrats, at the top levels, are led by satan himself, just like the Masons.

    America, stop abortion now or I will stop the world and cast all the demons and evil people into hell for all eternity. Love, Papa God. So be it. Amen.

    What is the sanctity of a foreign leader not recognising the US President-elect? Does it not amount to interference in the internal affairs of a democratic country? Putin should better realise his mistake before the people laugh at his silly joke.

    Diplomatically, this is the most correct position. There are lawsuits filed against the election, and the lawsuits have not reached their highest courts. Court rulings may swing the election in battleground states, where voter fraud is alleged to have taken place. Joe Biden is the not president of the USA yet, no matter how much the mainstream media says otherwise. He is yet to be elected by the electoral college, subject to the court rulings.
