Hyderabad hope to build on good start vs Bengaluru

Margao, Nov 27 (IANS): Hyderabad FC will be looking to build on the encouraging start they got to the season when they face 2019 champions Bengaluru FC at the Fatorda Stadium on Saturday in the Indian Super League (ISL). They started the season with a 1-0 win over Odisha, which also marked the team's first ever clean sheet in the league.

Liston Colaco impressed for Hyderabad in that match, coming on as a second-half substitute. Coach Manuel Marquez hinted the 22-year-old Goan could make it to the starting eleven against Bengaluru, who come into the game on the back of a frustrating 2-2 draw against FC Goa.

The draw came after Bengaluru squandered a two-goal lead and coach Carles Cuadrat will be demanding an immediate response from his side.

The presence of Joao Victor and Odei Onaindia in Hyderabad's defence and goalkeeper Subrata Paul, who has 27 clean sheets in ISL, will make it difficult for Bengaluru to score.

While Bengaluru have no injury concerns ahead of the game, Francisco Sandaza will not be available for Hyderabad.
