Mangaluru, Nov 28: A scooter rider is critically injured after his scooter was hit by a car near Naganakatte, Thokkottu.

Scooter rider Iqbal is being treated in a private hospital in Mangaluru. His scooter was on its way via service road from Thokkottu to Naganakatte when the car that approached from over bridge hit the scooter, The scooter fell on the tar road injuring Iqbal. He was admitted to the hospital in the state of unconsciousness.

A case in this connection is registered in the traffic police station.
