Mangaluru: API DK, Father Muller to organize E-CON API DK – 2020 on Dec 12, 13

Mangaluru, Dec 8: The Association of Physicians of India Dakshina Kannada chapter in association with the department of Medicine at Father Muller Medical College and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bengaluru on December 12 and 13 is organizing an E-CON API DK- 2020 state level E-conference for postgraduates and physicians.

This is the first of its kind, which will be a platform for scientific paper and poster presentations for postgraduates to fulfill the requirements of NMC (earlier MCI) for eligibility to take university examinations.

There will be scientific sessions, symposium and competitive scientific paper presentations. Speakers of national and international repute will deliver lectures. More than 350 delegates and postgraduates have registered for the conference, not only from Karnataka but also Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Odisa, Bihar and Kerala.

Dr Sacchidananda, the vice-chancellor of RGUHS, the chief guest will on December 12 deliver the inaugural speech. Fr Ajith Menezes, the administrator of FMMC and Dr J P Alva, the dean of FMMC will be the guests of honor. Dr Venkatesha B M, the organising chairman of E-CON API DK- 2020 and president of API DK chapter, Dr R Arunachalam, chairman of the scientific committee E-CON API DK- 2020 and the HOD, of the department of General Medicine, Dr Archana Bhat, the organising secretary of E-CON API DK- 2020 and secretary of API DK chapter, will be present.

This conference is recognized by the Karnataka Medical Council with credit points and by RGUHS.
