Bangalore : ‘Bearys Lakeside Habitat’ Wins FIABCI Real Estate Award

Bangalore, Jun 3: ‘Bearys Lakeside Habitat’, the Twin Tower residential project that welcomes you to Bangalore as you drive into the city from the airport was awarded the prestigious FIABCI runner up award by the International Real Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Promoted by the Bearys Group, ‘Lakeside Habitat’ is the only Indian project to win this award this year (certificate attached). This is yet another icing on the awards cake of Lakeside Habitat having already been recognized by a few awards.




The award was presented on 27th May 2010 at Bali, Indonesia in the presence of the President and First lady of the Republic of Indonesia and many renowned developers and dignitaries from across the world. 

54 world’s best projects from 11 countries were nominated for this coveted Prix d’ Excellence Award 2010. 

The award was received by Siddique Beary, Director of Beary’s Group.
