Berry Floor is flooring division of Al Ameemi Ineternational Group.

It was in 1997 Wilson D’ SA established Berry Floor,  By sheer dint of his hard work and sincere dealings he was able to win over the trust and confidence of his customers which helped him to take a strong foothold in the business. No doubt today Berry Floor has become a household name in Dubai due to the fruits of his hard labour.   “One has to earn the customer’s trust through good work.  My experience has shown that an intelligent customer having a long term association with the company always chooses quality over the initial price bargain, which many companies try to entice the customers with. Sincere dealings always bring back loyal customers to the organization for years to come”, Wilson says. 

Berry Floor deals with floor coverings ranging from solid wood flooring, parquet and lamination to carpets and PVC.  The company also undertakes special projects for design flooring in wood and carpet.  The company has never compromised on quality aspects and its products are designed and manufactured to meet top quality standards to cater to the demands of its growing clientele.

Berry Floor has established its credibility by executing several prestigious projects in UAE and abroad ranging from offices, showrooms, hotels, hospitals, villas, palaces and homes.  The company has an array of floor coverings to suit to the taste, the budget and the aesthetic preferences of people of different strata of the society.  “Our products are known for their aesthetics, unique designs and specification requirements” D’Sa contends.   

In fact, the name Berry Floor was chosen from French Company from whom the Company had clinched the first deal and along with that Berry Floor has been able to make its presence felt in its own way. Since then it has been the success story with his firm growing from Strength to strength.  The company is associated with some of the most prestigious projects such as Emirates Palace Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3, Emirates Executive Lounge, 11 towers of Business Bay, Yas Marina Hotel and many more.  The company is known for initiating unique and trendsetting concepts and for setting new benchmarks in wooden flooring. 

Berry Floor has introduced products from various parts of the globe such as Canada, Belgium, France, USA, UK, Ukraine, Russia, China etc., to give the customers a large global range to choose from.  Providing a wide range under one roof will give an added advantage to the customers who will be spared from the trouble of going to different stores in search of different range of products.  Wilson says “Wood has been my passion and also my strength.  I don’t believe in venturing into anything other than flooring even though there are opportunities galore with tempting offers to get into other flooring related businesses.

Wilson loves nature and everything that has got to do with it.  He is involved in the ‘go-green’ campaign and procures flooring only from FSC certified companies.  He loathes the idea of procuring wood from rain forest for his company.  Berry Floor gives top priority to promote ecological friendly products like Bamboo wooden flooring, laminate flooring and plantation flooring rather than promoting just what the customers demands.  He therefore makes it a point to educate the customers on these aspects and most often succeeds in making people understand the need to go for eco-friendly products.  D’Sa believes in the dictum of a win-win situation wherein his company makes profits and also contributes for its well being.  It is like having the cake and eating it too.  

D’Sa does not want to confine his business only to the gulf region alone.  As part of the expansion plan he wants to introduce Berry Floor service in Mangalore and Udupi.  Plans are also afoot to open a showroom in Bangalore very soon.  

D’Sa needs a pat on the back for pursuing his passion with a degree of resoluteness to go with it.  What is even more endearing about him is that he never compromises when it comes to causes and issues he strongly believes in especially his love for nature.  He has inculcated same sense of values among his loyal staff members.
