London, Jun 24 (IANS): If you thought Britons were rude, think again. A survey has revealed that English are a nation of pub-goers who can't dance but love to bargain and are likely to ask you about your journey.
According to a survey of 5,000 adults, the most typical English activities are popping down the local, eating roast dinners and talking about the weather, reports express.co.uk.
Britons are overly polite and bad at expressing emotions, but are able to laugh at themselves.
Chris Lewis of Wells Bombardier Beer, which carried out the study, said: "These typically English traits show the breadth of characteristics, interests and idiosyncrasies that make this country what it is".
