Vijayapura: 'Farmers protest at Delhi has lost direction' - Pejawar seer

Daijiworld Media Network - Vijayapura (MS)

Vijayapura, Feb 7: Seer of Pejawar Math Sri Vishwaprasanna Tirtha Swamiji stated that it is not clear whether those protesting against farm laws in Delhi are actual farmers or not.

Swamiji had come to the city in order to partake in the Maha Abhiyan of fundraising for the construction of Ram Mandir, that was organized in the city, on behalf of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra

"I have observed the protest that is going on in Delhi. When observing acts like stepping on the Indian national flag, burning of the flag, lowering of the national flag that was flown at Red Fort, tearing off of the copy of the Constitution, raising pro-Khalistan slogans, it seems that the protest has lost its direction," he said.

"The stand taken by the union government, in this respect is correct. The union government is inviting the farmers for talks again and again. It is not right on the part of the farmers to continue the protest without clear cut knowledge about the laws," the Pejawar seer said.

"The Ram Mandir that is going to be built in Ayodhya will be a splendid structure. It should flow as the emblem of the dedication of Indian Hindu culture. All activists are working in that direction," he added.

"All those who follow Sanatana Dharma, Hindus and lovers of Lord Ram are generously contributing for this noble cause. This money will be offered to the mandir. Wherever it is possible for us to visit, we are visiting and collecting funds," Swamiji said.

"Lord Ram was a virtuous man. His virtues should be taught to children. In Ramayana, two personalities are model to society. If Ram showed how one should live life, Ravana is an example of how one should not live life. It is very important to choose between the two," he said.

People here commented a lot about Pejawara Swamiji without knowing him. Somebody suggested him to do pooja and keep quite. According to me, he has right to express his views when asked by press people about any issue. Vishwesha Tirtha Sripada also did the same thing. He is not among such people who calls for press meet and spread their propaganda.

like his predecessor this seer is also turning to be a mouthpiece of BJP. It is better for you to just make pooja and stick to your religious ceremonies and leave politics to politicians. The farmers protesting there are from north India and not pukkalu like south indians.. They wont get scared and run away with hooligans like feku and daku

Farmers are backbone of Indian economy and they are the one who contributes about 17% to the total GDP and provides employment to over 60% of the population. Its sad situation our central government didn't give due respect to farmers.

People, This farm law is not against farmers by any stretch of imagination ....will this give a chance to big business ( Ambani and Adani ) to make some extra money? Probably YES.... Why Modi is doing this , to favor farmers or big business? ...perhaps his intention is to favor both....but obviously he failed to convince farmers.... In my opinion Modiji must have taken farmers into confidence before introducing this bill.... Do farmers have right to demonstrate peacefully ???...ABSOLUTELY YES....But they don't have any right to dishonor Indian National flag... and put down that flag and hoist Sikh religious flag instead... In my opinion....both are wrong ...and this could have done in a better way....than this !!!... Last word in this...if Modi withdraws this law ....Indians don't like U-turns by their leaders ...this may lead to fall of Modiji in 2021.... So Modiji is riding a tiger here....both ways he will loose... Its a no win situation for Modiji.... ...Tak...Takk...

Its easy to comment from US. BJP already said it's internal matter. No outsiders are allowed to comment. So you are anti-natioanal as per your favorite party. Current farm laws are against the farmers and favors the black money holders (you know who are they ) to buy agricultural/ farming land in the name name of "vikas". I am dead against any govt projects built on farming lands. Let them go somewhere else. Taxation is another issue. "dishonor Indian National flag... and put down that flag and hoist Sikh religious flag" Do you know who did this. watch some unbiased independent channels (internet) not the GODI media. Why they are not caught yet? BJP is still going to win elections in the name of Lord Ram and NOT on "vikas" and they know that very well. No matter economy is rock bottom. Birds of same feather fly together no matter which country they migrate to; including sportsmen, actors etc.

Swamiji, seer of Pejawar math, has inevitably stated the bitter truth.. the real farce that was played out, on the shoulders of farmers, in the capital of New Delhi !!! We are not dumb nitwits, not to realise the treacherous power play, unleashed, to demonize, our nation, at the behest of frustrated, out of power netas !!! These louts even tried to bring down Yoga our ancient cultural heritage and even targeted brand Tea, in the eyes of the world!!! Rihanna, Khalifa, Greta, were paid mercenaries by the Khalistani's !!! The opportunist netas, found a window open, to bring down our government.. Like the Anti CAA protest, this farmers agitation was cleverly, well orchestrated... " Ye Tamasha, was a bahana... Modiji pe tho asli Nishana tha "

I think existing systems are good enough! All are happy. Government should not involve corporate investors into farming and treat farmers as slaves. Moreover consumers will be affected if you implement farm laws. Currently systems are driven by demand and supply. E.g onion, nominal price 30 per kg. If you increase msp and decrease supply, automatically price will move to 75 per kg. So consumers will be punished too. It may results in inflation too...

You have time till Oct 02 to repeal these 3 laws. Then we will sit, talk, explain, debate, discuss about these laws which you have not done in the beginning. On what basis govt is offering new proposals if govt has passed the laws without proposing and explaining it to the farmers in the parliament??????.......

Does Swamiji know that farmers from Karnataka also are a part of protesting group in Delhi ?? So, now farmers from our state also are not real ?? Does Swamiji know the deceitful 'bargain to the core' happened between Karnataka farmers and the Corporate Honcho appointed by the Modi government ?? Does Swamiji know the rate forcefully signed by the buyers was just ONE RUPEE more than that is paid by the APMCS ?? Please don't support the BJP government just for the sake of supporting, please understand the severity of the problem. You are not a common man, several thousands of people are looking up to you with a great esteem.
