Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (ANK)

Mangaluru Feb 8: Chief traffic warden Joe Gonsalves along with managing director of Daijiworld Media Walter Nandalike inaugurated the third edition of the highly popular Inland Property Mela at Inland Ornate, PVS here on Monday February 8. The Inland Property Mela will go until February 28.

Addressing the gathering, chief traffic warden Joe Gonsalves said, "Several years ago I met a man at Hampankatta who was struggling and wanted to do something in life. He took each step forward and showed that hard work can produce success, and that is Siraj Ahmed. Siraj has got tremendous support from his two sons in his work, and the trio has done a great job. On the other hand, for 20 years Daijiworld has grown exponentially and is today known to people all over the globe.

Walter Nandalike said, "I am aware that Siraj Ahmed has created a milestone in Mangaluru and Bengaluru by his struggle and hard work. His story is inspiring and interesting. We are all going through a big crisis, 85 percent of businesses are struggling including real estates. Despite a low market, Siraj continues to inspire with the help of his team to take this pandemic in a positive way and which will enable the market to open up automatically. His two sons are walking in the footstep of their father with the qualities of humility, simplicity and positive attitude.

Chairman and managing director Inland group Siraj Ahmed welcomed the gathering, Marketing head of Inland Group Ullas Kadri compered the event. Director of Inland Group Meraj Yusuf was also present.

The Mela is the outcome of the firm belief held by the founder of the Inland Group Siraj Ahmed that it is the duty of every builder to create the awareness that real estate is the best form of investment for steady income, capital gains and financial security for all families.

The first two editions in 2018 and 2019 saw tremendous response from customers due to its unique format:

• The discounts were genuine and substantial

• The Mela was conducted at the company premises itself enabling the customer to view videos, layouts and project plans with ease

• The Mela was spread over 20 days which enabled customers to see, select and decide at their own pace

This time too Inland has retained the same winning format.

Several investment experts have voiced clear opinions that among all the investment avenues open to the middle class citizen, the safest and the most attractive now is real estate. Not only have the prices of properties become more moderate due to the pandemic, but the government has also announced a slew of schemes including extension of the PMAY scheme, additional interest deduction and tax holidays. The pandemic has made many realise that channelizing precious savings into a safe but rewarding investment is top priority for all families. Property investments by their nature grow steadily over the long term and also yield handsome monthly rentals. Home loans also carry very moderate interest rates and are available for extended periods of time.

In addition, for the first-time home buyer there is no greater opportunity than the present to buy high quality homes at very moderate prices. Once the current pandemic has run its course and the economy revives, property prices are expected to shoot up sharply. The wise home buyer would do well to finalise their plans right now and save substantial amounts with these highly discounted prices.

Siraj Ahmed said, “In this edition of the Mela we have lined up something for every kind of buyer - we have budget flats in the range of Rs 35 lac as well as premium flats with high quality amenities in the upper price ranges. We have discounts on all categories. Our projects are also spread across several locations including Bendore, Bejai, Kulur-Kavoor road, Ullala, Puttur and even Bengaluru. We have also just launched an ultra-modern commercial project - Inland Business Park located very near to KSRTC and Bharat Mall. This commercial project is attracting huge interest from NRIs as well as local buyers who want to invest in an office in this strategic main road of Mangalore. The investments pouring into Mangaluru after it was declared a smart city has given a fresh impetus to port projects, IT companies and petrochemical industries. Our commercial project is ideally located to cater to ancillary services of these major projects. Also, several doctors are now planning to locate their clinics in this building, away from the congested Falnir/Kankanady areas. A major attraction for buyers will be that they need not take the entire burden of investment now as they can avail installment payments, spread across the construction period.”

Meraj Yusuf Siraj, director of Inland Group says, “Quality is the number one reason why our customers buy from us. Many of our customers and their connected families and friends are with us for the last 15-20 years, buying their second homes and commercial properties from us too. Our quality processes are ISO certified for the benefit of the customer. We also have a large in-house design studio that can render very beautiful, modern interior projects to suit any customer taste. This is a huge plus as the customers can get all their requirements satisfied under one roof.”

For customers who have planned their next home or commercial property this Inland Property Mela is sure to be a huge boon.
