Mangalore: Beary’s Group to Launch 'Turning Point’ Jun 27

Mangalore, Jun 26: ‘Beary’s Turning Point’, the first of its kind condominium lifestyle project that combines modernity of a multi-level neighbourhood with the vibrancy of an integrated development, in Deralakatte, a prominent medical and IT suburb and emerging education hub of city, will be launched at T M A Pai International Convention Centre here on Sunday June 27.
Krishna J Palemar, state minister for port, inland water transport and environment, will launch Beary’s Turning Point at 10.30 am on Sunday.
State Bank of India chief general manager (corporate excellence) Mahpara Ali will be the chief guest on the occasion.
Nitte University chancellor N Vinay Hegde, Infosys Technologies associate vice-president K Gopikrishnan, Yenepoya University chairman Y Mohammed Kunhi, Fr Muller Charitable Institutions director Fr Patrick Rodrigues, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, and MLA U T Khader will be the guests of honour.
‘Beary’s Turning Point’ will have 19 floors with 5 lac sq ft floor area, 260 flats, 3 multiplexes, food court, mall, swimming pool and all ultra-luxurious amenities.
‘Lakeside Habitat’, promoted by Beary’s Group at Bangalore, which has received the FIAPSI Award which is the topmost award for real estate in the world, is the only one of its kind in India.
Beary’s Group chairman and managing director Syed Mohammed Beary, real estate director Siddique Beary, and Nasir Moideen were present at the press conference.
