Bahrain: Karnataka Social Club Holds Prince and Princess Contest

Bahrain, Jun 28 : The Karnataka Social Club-Bahrain held its Annual Prince and Princess Contest at the Baeng Saeng Thai auditorium on Thursday 24 June.The conclusion of the year end school exams ensured that most children had done away with the exam fever and were at their relaxed best.The event started with a welcome dance for the members with a session of slow ballroom music.The highlight of the evening,the childrens contest was held in two age groups 4-8 and 8-12 years.












The contestants soon took to the ramp in their finest attire and elegance while providing ample evidence of style and confidence to the applaud of the cheering audience.The Dj in attendance Dj Naz ensured that even the adults rocked the dance floor with his selection of dance tracks.The winners of the contest were crowned by last years winners in the category.

The winners and runners up were as follows:

Ksc Prince winner Ashwyn Sequeira
Runner-up Keith Carvalho.

Ksc Little Prince winner Giles Furtado
Runer-up Sherwin Dsa

Ksc Little Princess winner Karin Crasta

The President,Mr Richard Paes thanked the members for their support in making the event a grand success.A sumptuous buffet was then served.The event ended with a session of masala tracks and bollywood contemporary hits.The evening was compered by Sydney Correa and Nishel Gomes
