Mangaluru: Student council inaugurated at Srinivas Pharmacy College

Mangaluru, Feb 25: Dr Ananya Lakshmi Sandeep from the department of Community Medicine at SDM Hospitals, Ujire on February 20 addressed the newly formed student council of Srinivas Pharmacy College while inaugurating the students' council 2020-21.

During the programme, Dr Ananya Lakshmi Sandeep delivered a talk on 'Life Skills Approach For Mental Health Promotion'.

Dr A R Shabaraya, principal of Srinivas College of Pharmacy in his presidential remarks appreciated the outgoing student council members for organising professional activities and wished that the student council team shoulder their responsibilities with humility and professional zeal. Student council president, Sharvani pledged the oath along with the student council members of the year 2020-21 during the ceremony.

As part of the student council Inauguration programme, student achievers in curricular and extracurricular activity were felicitated.

Student council advisors, Dr EVS Subrahmanyam, Dr Krishnananda Kamath, Dr Padmavathi P Prabhu were present during the function.

Keertana, introduced the guests and welcomed the gathering. Fathima and Jeffy Sunny anchored the programme, Billal Bin Firoz proposed the vote of thanks.
