Puttur: Talk on emotional intelligence held at St Philomena P U College

Puttur, Mar 8: Commerce Association of St Philomena PU College, Puttur organized a talk on emotional intelligence on March 6.

The president, Fr Vijay Lobo, principal, St Philomena PU College in his presidential remarks said that the students should control their emotions and make the best use of time and be successful in life.

The guest of honour, Fr George Sunil D'Souza, department of commerce, PG Studies St Philomena PU College said that failure is the stepping stone for success. He advised students to be confident and not to lose hope in life. He motivated students to work hard and give their best without thinking about the result. 

The guest, Laveena Latha  Santhymayor, department of commerce, Govt PU College, Kaniyoor said that education is the process of learning. She advised students to take up failure as a challenge in life and prove who they are to the world.

The programme was coordinated by the coordinators Rahul, department of commerce and Geetha Kumari department of economics.

Samrudhi Shenoy (IISCBA) welcomed and compered the programme and Raina (II SCBA) proposed the vote of thanks.
