Mahindra & Mahindra Opens Training Centre in Mangalore

Mangalore Jul 12: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has initiated a man power development programme with automobile training at St Joseph Industrial Training Institute, which was inaugurated on Monday July 12.
Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’souza chief guest of the Programme blessed and inaugurated the institute. Addressing the gathering, bishop said that Karnataka Agencies, dealers of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd has brought hope to students by providing them the technical training in their own service centre and student-appointments in their firm. He said that the institute started in the year 1996 with the intention to help rural and backward class to get technical knowledge and to achieve success.
Vice-president customer care Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd Sanjay Gupta said that today’s automobiles are less mechanical and more of technical and electrical. In order to help the students become technicians giving exposure to practical experience they have adopted a small part of the institute.
Appointment letters for the job were handed over by the bishop to all the 13 second-year students on the occasion. On the day Karnataka Agencies also completed 34 years of its existence, which was marled with the celebration.
