Himachal doctor tests positive after 2nd vaccine dose


Shimla, March 13 (IANS) A doctor in Himachal Pradesh tested positive for coronavirus after 27 days of the second dose of the vaccine, officials said on Saturday.

The woman doctor is posted in the Regional Hospital in Solan town.

District Health Officer Mukta Rastogi told the media the doctor had developed the coronavirus symptoms 27 days after getting the second dose of the vaccine.

She was administered the first dose of the vaccine on January 15, the first to get inculcated in the district.

Her samples will be sent to a Mumbai lab to ascertain the cause and to rule out the presence of any mutant strain," Rastogi added.

    very bad.When a doctor gets the corona after her second dose ,have to be tested really she got the effective vaccine or any other one.what vaccine is used in India?sometimes this vaccine is not stored accordingly ,(in deep freezer )some in normal refrigator its action may change I heard.God knows what went wrong.I heard even in Danemark ,the vaccine Astra zenica reciepients some developed pain in leg, got blockage in leg vein.Thatswhy this vaccine is now stopped giving there.It is a first time process of vaccine produce to all,have to be still lookout and to improve on it.Hope the doctor will get healthy soon.wish her all the best.
