Bengaluru, Mar 16: The special investigation team (SIT) probing the sleaze CD case involving former minister, Ramesh Jarkiholi, has intensified its probe. The team questioned two persons involved with the incident again and put together important information.

A person from Chikkamagaluru who does web series, and who is said to have been involved with the CD and the lover of the girl depicted in the CD were questioned near the cyber cell at Adugodi on Monday.

Four persons including the lady concerned had been served with notices to come to Cubbon Park police station on Monday morning for questioning. But the girl remained absent without any information. In the meanwhile, the team is preparing to arrest those involved with the case.

In the CD, the voice for ten minutes heard is suspected to be belonging to the person of Chikkamagaluru origin. The team has collected his voice sample and sent to the forensic science laboratory for matching. If it is confirmed that the voice belongs to him, he will be arrested. However, during questioning, he feigned ignorance about the voice, sources said.

The police are looking for the kingpin of the CD and the person who did C making, both of whom have switched their phones off and remained aloof. The SIT has served notice asking the wife of the CD kingpin to appear for questioning. She has been asked to be present at the women's police station at Basavanagudi at 10.30 am on Tuesday.

The SIT also raided an advertisement company on Kumara Kripa road here on the suspicion that the video was edited there. A team led by assistant commissioner of police, Nagaraj, armed with a search warrant, searched this office, it is learnt.
